Mom's Miracle:
          I have had an awesome walk with my Lord Jesus since I surrendered my life to him completely a few years ago.  One of the lessons I have learned is that He clearly is still in the miracle business; another is that He has also commanded me to do His work here!
          Love is not a warm, fuzzy feeling, a rapidly palpitating heart, or swooning at the mere thought of another.  Love is an action verb!  Love is something we do.  Love is what Jesus commanded us to DO.
          Mom's story is about her incredible courage, about me learning to put love into action while experiencing the glorious wonder of God's love in the form of His miracles!
          This is a powerful story for anyone caring for an aging parent, especially one who is suddenly debilitated by stroke,
          It is my joy to share this with the hope that it will clarify the course for some other daughter, lighten her burden of love, and bring immeasurable joy to herself and her mother.

          My miracle is cleverly told as a parody of Alice In Wonderland
because the similarities were startling!  This story is must- reading for anyone who has battled any kind of addiction and given up hope of every being free.
          I am not a recovering alcoholic, I am recovered.  When God sets us free we are free indeed!!!  Total freedom from addiction can only come by the grace and power of Jesus Christ.  I am living proof! 
          All of us have friends and family members who are slaves of addiction whether to drugs, alcohol, food, lust, gambling - the list is endless.  I could never be anonymous about the miracle that Jesus Christ worked in my life when I know with all my heart that others can be encouraged by my story.  I proclaim His power to deliver at every opportunity as I am doing here so that others might be restored to the hope that He can do for them what He did for me!
